Put a little cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat, you can also fry bacon in a knob of butter if your tastebuds prefer. Use tongs to turn the bacon frequently, vary the heat as you cook the bacon to avoid burning. The bacon is done when it looks done, it’s done to personal preference.
You can place bacon onto a foil covered oven tray and cook in the oven, turning occasionally until crispy and brown (at around 200° C).
